To make assets and capital discover each other in a seamless way is the mission of FinFabrik. To achieve this, FinFabrik leverages blockchain technology to renew the infrastructure of capital markets, and by transforming traditionally alternative, illiquid assets into Digital Asset-Backed Securities (DABS), they have created a marketplace named “Crosspool” to power a digitally integrated end-to-end lifecycle, from issuance to trading. It will broaden access to assets and capital, link supply and demand more efficiently and enable innovative new business models. On top of sharing the latest on digital assets trends, FinFabrik is ready to expand on its purpose and development of cross-chain interoperability, the rationale of deploying Hyperledger Indy, the Decentralised ID (DID) which is not only used in the perspective of the individual identity management but wallet control system.

Flowchain is a hybrid blockchain containing one public blockchain and multiple private blockchains. To run the hybrid blockchain in real-time without compromising the security, PPKI (Pseudonymous Public Key Infrastructure) is essential to the network. PPKI enables fast auditing to transfer data between public and private blockchains and provides secure-enough authentication method with fewer costs regarding energy consumption. Flowchain ensures the accuracy of data collected from the IoT devices which further benefits the AI model training. The AI model trained by accurate data is expected to provide valuable insights. More, Flowchain is integrated with IPFS, a distributed web which acts as a distributed network storage for streaming data. The solution can store real-time data streams on IPFS nodes. It is particularly suitable for video live broadcast and media streaming applications.

RealMarket is a FinTech/RegTech company producing innovative alternative finance solutions using enterprise blockchain and machine learning. Our ultimate vision is a fully programmable economy powering groundbreaking and sustainable development worldwide. To make this vision a reality we are working on a way to make blockchain solutions which are constructive rather than disruptive. These kinds of solutions match up well with existing regulatory regimes and levels of business and regulatory automation, providing a smooth upgrade path from completely manual processes to fully automated ones. Hyperledger Fabric is vital to our efforts as it ensures that the store of business-vital data and the rules governing their transformation are securely distributed and guaranteed to be agreed-upon for all participants. Our first major project is an integrated web platform combining equity crowdfunding, a private equity secondary market, cap table management, and business process automation. The ultimate goal of the platform is to enable private companies to be IPO-ready from their very inception.
With the breaking development of 5G and IoT technologies, the concept of Smart City no longer exists in fiction. However, the data privacy and security inevitably become the biggest concern while the data is greatly collected and analyzed for building the AI models. A solution to preserve and de-humanize the data appropriately needs to be addressed. Flowchain proposes the latest product, Flowchain USB Dongle. It integrates with the hybrid blockchain technology based on Flowchain and Hyperledger Fabric for both IoT and hardware industry to utilize the "tokenized hardware" scheme as a solution for such technical challenges. Tokenized hardware benefits the data security, privacy, and decentralization by associating cryptocurrency tokens to hardware devices.

It provides multi-business channel and programmable chaincode to call resources and supplies customized smart contracts for business operation.
Genetic variation is the difference in DNA sequences between individuals within a population and it is closely related to disease and health status. Accurate interpretation of the clinical relevance of each genetic variation depends on the aggregation of a large amount of population genetic and phenotypic data. However, currently such data are often isolated and owned by different hospitals, companies or organizations. And the sensitivity of genetic data, privacy protection compliance risk, inconsistency between test and interpretation protocols, difficulties in data ownership protection and supervision are all barriers for efficient data sharing and mining.
Here we provide a solution to this problem and present a demo for breast cancer genetic variation interpretation as a showcase application. We build a distributed consortium network through blockchain, cryptography and other technologies, with the endorsement of authoritative credit units as the central authentication node and joint-efforts from related parties. Our system insured that all data, interpretation conflicts and resolving history are open, traceable, tamper-proof, meeting necessary ethical and regulatory requirements, auditable and regulated, thus can provide solid scientific support for the consensus interpretation and clinical validity of genetic variation. Furthermore, our database can be easily expended to the interpretation of thousands of cancer susceptible gene variants, promoting the value of multi-party joint mining of genetic big data, and greatly driving innovation in related fields.

What are the technical barriers to enterprise blockchain adoption? Do these barriers shape the use cases for blockchain more than the opportunities? Answering these questions in four minutes might be harder than creating a blockchain in five. One thing is certain: by the end of this elevator pitch we will have tried both. We believed that altering the cost equation for blockchain will create new and hitherto unexplored applications for the technology. I will demonstrate the creation of a blockchain, identify the components of a practical deployment, and discuss the evolution of our thinking.

Metadata about media like music and movies contains many overlapping layers about authorship, ownership, representation, release history, binary assets, and references to related works, etc. Current generation of on-chain data modeling tools are often not flexible enough to reflect the myriad of linkages within metadata schema. Moreover, many of the source data provided by media owners are often incomplete or even incorrect. A decentralized media registry will need to do more than merely encode the metadata on-chain, but also coordinate multi-party workflows between competing entities that holds overlapping data each other’s prized media catalogs. In this presentation, Chris will show how one large record label and music publisher is able to use this technique to correlate a subset of their mutual catalog using this technique of using Git as a Layer 2 application state encoding scheme.

A large proportion of Asian population consume rice as a staple food however the farming practices in many countries are outdated and the yield is lower than can be achieved with digital solutions.Further the logistics environment and storage facilities are not upto the mark and there are still discrepancies in the supply chain due to opaque operations adding losses to the value chain. There is also a huge gap between the processed rice or a product made using it sold in the market and the price paid to the farmers which forces many to leave farming and look for other options. There is a lack of a legitimate identity of the farmers in many developing Asian countries which hinders the credit policy created for them under different initiatives.Saptarshi will discuss on the improvement in the Rice cultivation in Asia through blockchain with a focus on the ROI for investment in this sector.

In complex supply chains, smallholder producers are often stuck in a cycle of subsistence production because they receive a paltry slice of the economic pie. Markets for sustainably-certified products are in high-demand, with high premiums, but incentives for producers are misaligned. Consumers are becoming increasingly aware that today’s economic and social models still fuel inequalities, encourage waste, and increase threats to our environment and health. They, like us, want to do something about it. Using Hyperledger Fabric, digital identity and payments technologies, our prototype, built in collaboration with AWS, MasterCard, Everledger and MercyCorps, shows that we can. Burrow has been taught some new tricks recently. There is support for WASM contracts, using the solang Solidity to WASM compiler; a proposal mechanism which means a set of transactions will be pending until it gets enough votes; the ABIs for contracts are tracked on chain; a chain can be dumped to json and then restored to new chain.

Hedera Consensus Service provides custom Hyperledger Fabric networks with decentralized consensus on the validity and order of blockchain transactions without the need to configure a RAFT1 or Kafka2 ordering service. Additional use cases include, but are not limited to, financial markets, matching engines (like those used in Uber or AirBnb), or supply chain negotiations (e.g., several competing factories bidding on parts from several competing parts suppliers).
The Hedera Consensus Service is the first Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) network service to provide solely the validity and order of events and transparency into the history of events over time without requiring a persistent history of transactions. As a result, the Hedera Consensus Service provides these benefits of a fast, fair, and secure consensus at a lower cost than any other public distributed ledger network
