Tim will present a SanTrust case study in the area of pork meat traceability that was implemented with a large multinational FMCG company using Hyperledger Sawtooth. The project is a live production implementation at large scale in South East Asia, where an end-to-end pork meat traceability use case was implemented to make consumers the history of their product available via scanning of a QR code in the super market. It's probably one of the first really large blockchain implementations in South East Asia at such a scale.

The presentation will include explanations on the use case and the problem solved, a live demonstration of the case, explanation on the technical set-up and challenges/lessons learnt.
