As a project lead at Deutsche Telekom, Andreas has created a solution that allows creating and signing wholesale roaming agreements between mobile network operators, using Hyperledger Fabric. The current process, which is mainly manual and paper-based, can be replaced by a digital solution that can be trusted by all contract parties. The talk will not only focus on technology but mainly why building a legal framework and involving the wholesale departments is crucial to make the project a success.
